One student who looks like the husband character in "Family guy" tried to ask a simple question to professor.At the end of the discussion, that student said "I don't have calculator to calculate the result".But the professor said,"but you have your brain to think about it."
Even some Americans ask some stupid questions, some always ask the essential question in the class. Most of time, those questions are too deep that I couldn't understand them. Haha.
Through yesterday's discussion session, I realized that someone's is your question, and your question will be someone's question. I have to learn how to express my question clearly.
It's a big step in class.
One more thought is that I don't care about how stupid my question is, and how people think of me. The only way to satisfy my curiosity is not to worrying about being embarrassed.
And like my respectful advisor,Yarsun, said, paranoid makes me survive in US.
