this 12 is not that 12

I glimpsed the weather in Pittsburgh and found it is 12 showing on the widget. I thought it is 12 degree. It is almost the same as here. However, when I changed back to Palo Alto, the widget showed 54 degree. hmm... Then, I realized ... it is 12 Fahrenheit in Pittsburgh. It means -11 Celsius. OMG...
